What is the smoking policy?

Sands Harbor Resort & Marina is a smoke-free environment. Please note that a minimum charge of $500+ will be charged if smoke is detected in guest rooms. This includes Hallways and Room Balcony.

What is there to do in the area?
  • The Sands Harbor Resort and Marina is centrally located in Pompano Beach. The beach is only two blocks away.
  • The resort is located near shopping, including the Galleria and the Towne Center Boca all within ten miles!
Is there breakfast offered?
  • We do not offer breakfast at our property.
  • There are several spots within walking distance that offers a more expansive breakfast.
Is there a pool onsite?

Yes! We have a heated pool outside open 365-days a year! The hours for the pool are from Dawn until Dusk.

Is the sands harbor resort a pet friendly hotel?

We only accept service animals per federal regulation. Additional fees may apply in case of damage to the hotel property.

Is there a shuttle service available to Harrah’s Pompano Beach?
Yes. Harrah’s Pompano Beach is launching a complimentary shuttle service from the Pompano Beach Fishing Village starting January 1. The shuttle will operate Fridays and Saturdays from noon to midnight. Pick-up is located outside the Visitor Center at 3465 Pier Street, with departures to Harrah’s running on the hour and return trips on the half hour. The service is free during the initial launch period and provides a convenient, car-free way to travel between the beach area and Harrah’s Pompano Beach.

How close are you to Pompano Beach?
  • The Sands Harbor is conveniently located on the Intercoastal Marina, and only 2.5 blocks away from Pompano Beach.
  • It takes less than 10 minute walk over.
What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in time is at 3:00pm and Check-out is at 11:00am.

Is parking available on site?
  • Yes! The Sands Harbor Resort offers paid parking for its guests.
  • There is additional parking located across the street and is $1.50/hour.
Do all of your rooms have a view of that water?
  • Yes! All of our rooms have spacious balconies that face the south Intercoastal Marina.
  • All rooms have full or partial views of the Intercoastal Waterway. We definitely recommend you book our Premier Room Category.
